I’m Keith

I’M A SMALL TOWN HUMAN WITH A BIG HEART FOR HUMAN POTENTIAL

For the longest time I thought it was abnormal to have so many interests, especially ones that I am completely in love with.

I used to hear the phrase “Jack of all trades…..” and cringe AT the possibility of that being me.

The voices around me crept into my head, making me doubt that I could love and explore many different paths that bring me joy

IN RETROSPECT

I REALIZE THAT THE LIMITATIONS WEREN’T MINE TO CARRY—JUST PROJECTIONS FROM OTHERS. I WAS NEVER MEANT TO CHOOSE JUST ONE PATH; I WAS MEANT TO FOLLOW WHAT LIGHTS ME UP. THE JOY I FIND IN DIFFERENT THINGS ISN’T A SIGN OF INDECISION OR LACK OF FOCUS—IT’S A REFLECTION OF A LIFE FULLY LIVED, ONE THAT THRIVES ON CURIOSITY, GROWTH, AND POSSIBILITY.

God’s gift to you is more talent and ability than you will ever use in one lifetime. Your gift to God is to develop and utilize as much of that talent and ability as you can, in this lifetime.
— Steve Bow

I remember hearing these words, and they shifted my perspective on how I viewed my talents and interests

CURRENTLY

I’m probably sipping on a peanut butter smoothie and looking at a spreadsheet, or saving an Instagram recipe, while letting my mind wander to all the ways we can best serve our evolution.

WHAT LIGHTS MY FIRE IS WATCHING PEOPLE TAKE CONTROL OF THEIR LIVES AND EMBODY THE PRINCIPLES OF GROWTH IN THE MANY UNIQUE WAYS THAT WE ALL ARE

If you’re new here, welcome! I believe the magic within us is a powerful force—one that can move mountains. I can’t wait to connect with you!

Let’S CONNECT.

  • I found it basic enough to follow (as a coaching novice this was an initial concern) and deep enough to touch on a few current issues in my life. I found Keith skilled at handling a big group online and appreciated the level of participation from the attendees, even if we were sometimes a bit shy

  • I appreciated the safe space that was created right at the beginning and maintained throughout. The tools shared were easy to follow, beneficial, and, most importantly, enjoyable. I now feel in a stronger position to continue my life journey towards discovering my purpose with increased confidence

  • It's easy to have a few quotations on a slide, and call it quits. But what Keith teaches truly makes living on the edge of increase, a motto you want to live by. Equal parts inspiration and tools to help you reframe your day-to-day, I can whole-heartedly recommend everyone attend at least one of Keith's sessions.
